Welcome to start of another year and one that all the team at Plumb Digital Media are excited to get stuck into and continue our growth by helping more businesses grow their online visibility, attract more customers and improve their communication.
We are lucky to have a highly skilled inhouse team backed up by a top class range of contractors that ensure that we can satisfy all our clients digital marketing needs.
Our goal this year is to focus on providing services and strategies that return a demonstratable benefit to our clients businesses so will be doubling down on improving our own client communication and reporting.
We ultimately want to produce more leads that can be attributed to the digital marketing activities that we undertake on our clients behalf.
The foundation to all of these activities is our Marketing CRM which is how we manage all our clients marketing activities, automations and communication. We will continue to focus on educating our clients on the many different features that the CRM has which can help to kick-start their online growth and the power of the automations available in the platform that can help streamline many business processes and save a huge amount of time.
The other area that we will of course continue to use to help to grow ours and our clients businesses is A.I. We are finding that the majority of the tools that we use to help our clients have A.I built in but in many cases the use case is not entirely clear. We expect a rapid growth in the capabilities of A.I. throughout 2024 and will keep our clients up-to-date on how they can make the best use of this technology.
